We Believe In Better
We believe farming is more than a way of life, it’s a calling. What started as a childhood dream of riding horses, growing food, and caring for animals came to life in 2017, when we moved to Powell Butte, Oregon, and began building our small farm from the ground up.
We started with chickens (the “gateway livestock”) and slowly expanded, bringing in our first Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats in 2021. With guidance from a respected breeder and a lot of hands-on learning, our goat family quickly grew. Today, we care for over 40 goats, each raised with love and attention. In 2025, we welcomed a rescue Shetland pony named Dakota, who instantly became part of the heart of our farm.

Sage Hound Farm offers more than just fresh products; we create meaningful experiences. From goat grazing services and petting zoos to party goat rentals, goat milk soap, raw honey, fresh eggs, and more, every part of our farm is run with intention, compassion, and sustainability in mind.
